Ninety days minimum. That's how long it takes to launch, gather data, optimize, and prove out the math. After ninety days you go month-to-month. Cancel anytime, thirty days notice. No nonsense.

How much should I budget for ad spend on top of the management fee?

Most clients run $2,000 to $5,000 in ad spend per month depending on trade and goals. Roofers and HVAC tend to need a higher daily budget than remodelers because the search volume is higher. We'll model the right number for your business on the discovery call.

How fast will I see leads?

Ads go live around day 21. First leads typically come in within seven days of launch. By day 60 you should be seeing a clean cost per lead and cost per booked job. By day 90 we've optimized the campaign enough that the math is predictable.

Do you guarantee leads?
